Message-Minder LLC ("we", "us") operates message-minder.com and the Message-Minder reminder service.

Information we collect

Your name, mobile phone number, email address, the reminders and messages you ask us to schedule, and basic technical data such as device and browser type.

How we use it

To send the reminders and notifications you request, operate and secure the service, respond to your questions, and meet legal obligations.

Text messaging and mobile information

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or text-messaging opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information is shared only with service providers who help us deliver messages (such as our messaging carrier or platform), and only as needed to provide the service. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above and use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No system is perfectly secure.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, or stop messages, by contacting us on the Contact page.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13.

We will post any updates here with a new effective date.
