What does my parent need?

An Amazon Echo or Echo Dot and Wi-Fi. They do not need a smartphone. You send from any phone, tablet or computer.

Do they have to type or press anything?

No. They listen and answer by speaking.

What does it cost, and what happens after the free trial?

Plans are $3, $5 or $10 a month, or less per month if you pay yearly. The first 30 days are free. If you do not cancel, your card is charged when the trial ends and the plan renews until you cancel.

How do I cancel?

Choose Manage billing in your account and cancel in a few clicks. If you cancel during the free trial, you are not charged.

Is it private?
